                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JACK MILLER, RELATIVE TO
                   CONTRACT NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION
                   SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 024, FOR A CONSIDERATION
                   OF TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,450.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Jack Miller, relative to
       Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection System, Tract No. 
024,
       for a consideration of $2,450.00.
